We perform a few tests first thing upon arriving at any Wi-Fi repair. First, we test the speed coming from the local provider to make sure that speed test looks good. The solution in the end was simple. Our tech ran 3 new category 6 drops for the POE wireless access points and they fired right up. We also decided to install a new WAP in a location where the tech found an existing cat6.
